Kiosk usage data: Avigage kiosks collect dispense count data — timestamped interaction events tied to a unit identifier. No cameras, biometric sensors, facial recognition, or personal identifiers are used. Kiosk data does not constitute personal information and cannot be traced back to any individual.

2. How We Use Information

Information you provide through our contact form is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services
• Schedule site assessments, calls, or follow-up meetings
• Send you relevant information about Avigage services you have expressed interest in

Automatically collected website data is used to:

• Maintain and improve our website's performance and user experience
• Analyze traffic patterns and understand how visitors interact with our content
• Diagnose technical issues and ensure site security

Kiosk usage data is used to generate operational reports for venue partners, optimize kiosk placement, inform predictive restocking, and support DOOH advertising impression reporting. All such data is presented in aggregate form only.

Avigage does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our website or conducting our business, provided they agree to keep the information confidential and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Aggregated, anonymized kiosk data may be shared with venue partners, advertisers, and public health organizations as part of standard reporting. This data contains no personal information and cannot identify any individual.
